I've spent nearly 20 years in the trenches of tech — building teams, shipping products, hiring and promoting talent. I've seen how the system works, and I've seen how often it fails women. That's exactly why I built this program.
At Instacart, I launched a Women's Coaching Program that had over 200 women sign up, resulting in 53 coaching groups. I've done this before — and I know it works.

This is the first cohort of Coded for Growth. I'm offering it free in exchange for your honest feedback to help shape the future of this program.
